Chris Baldwin direct the event presenting the official Plovdiv European Capital of Culture 2019 programme at the State Drama Theatre in September.

During 2017 and 2018 Chris Baldwin worked with artists and cultural practitioners in Galway and Ireland to prepare for their special year in 2020.

The Flow Quartet is the name of the four projects directed by Chris Baldwin for Wroclaw, European Capital of Culture, 2016.

On the 20th of June 2015 twenty seven Wroclaw bridges were transformed into spectacular cultural spaces of every shape and size.

The official opening of Wroclaw 2016 woke up the four Spirits of Wroclaw.

The day was divided into two parts: Four areas around Odra river became festival zones & Flow, the Wroclaw Cantata, a multimedia evening performance.

Niebo was the final piece of the Flow Quartet – citizens, city, story, diasporas – a conversation that took place between many peoples in many countries meeting together in Wroclaw during 2016.

Director Chris Baldwin created two events associated with the London Olympics 2012.
