Creative Cities Forum Jerez 2031
From the 11th to the 13th of November 2025, organised by Jerez Chamber of Commerce, Funded by Jerez City Council, hosted by CYEC Coworking and produced by The One Step Beyond, a Forum dedicated to Creative Cities took place.
'Cities face urgent challenges: climate change, social inequalities, technological transformation, and the loss of local identity. In response, urban creativity emerges as a key tool for activating social, cultural, and economic processes. This Forum adopts an integrated vision encompassing urban planning, culture, participation, and innovation to analyse concrete experiences, share methodologies, and design possible futures from a local perspective.'
The Jerez 2031 Creative Cities Forum is conceived as a space for reflection, learning, and networking to rethink the role of creativity in urban design, management, and development. Over three days, training sessions will alternate in the mornings with open lectures in the afternoons and parallel activities that will enrich the congress experience.
Chris Baldwin addressed the Forum on the first day of the event, presenting the topic: “Citizen Dramaturgies: Collective Narratives to Transform Cities”.
